The PurposeBuilt Sustain Speed Rope is designed to be light, smooth and fast to make double unders a breeze.

The life of your speed rope cable/wire will differ depending on where you use it, to maximise the life of your cable we recommend using your speed rope inside / on smooth ground.

It’s totally normal for speed rope cables to wear from use over time, and if needed you can order replacement cables from our shop

Currently, our ropes are sold together as a bundle (handles, wire, storage pouch and cable ties). Extra spare wires and storage pouches can be purchased individually from our shop.

Great news, our handles come with handy adjustment tools screwed inside the end caps making adjusting the length of your speed rope or changing the cable easy.
