Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with you order, PurposeBuilt will happily accept returns for either an exchange or full refund. Items purchased in the sale or at a discounted price can only be exchanged.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be complete, unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Customised good are exempt from being returned
  • PurposeBuilt are not responsible for the cost of returns
  • Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving a return
  • Return costs are non-refundable and it is recommended that a tracked/signed service is used

Returning Orders

Please contact PurposeBuilt using our contact us form or via email (info@purpose-built.co.uk) so a member of the team can double check that your item is eligible for refund or exchange. Please clearly state your order number in the subject of the email to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. You will be provided with a returns form. Print and complete the returns form. Use the address label provided on the returns form and attach to the front of your parcel. Return your order to us via a tracked/signed service in a suitable form of packaging. Any returns that arrive damaged may not be accepted for a refund.

If PurposeBuilt has not received your return within 14 days of purchase, no refund will be given. It is at the discretion of the brand whether a credit note is given. The first exchange item will be posted free of charge, but thereafter the purchaser is liable. If the exchange is returned for a refund the exchange shipping will be deducted. All refunds will be credited back to the payment method originally used, minus postage costs.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us straightaway via email along with any supporting photos and documents. Please also provide your order number in the email subject. If the product has a clear manufacturing fault, then PurposeBuilt will exchange the product for a like for like product (if in stock). If the product is not in stock, a gift voucher will be offered or a different product for the same value. Products that are damaged due to long term wear or damaged due to incorrect use are not eligible for a faulty return. If PurposeBuilt agrees that the product is faulty, standard postage will be covered.
